Why Homeowners Visit Our Showroom

A showroom visit gives you the chance to compare materials in person and talk through your choices with the people who work on these projects every day.

Compare Your Options in Person

Rich Check opened Country Cabinets, Etc. in 1976, building cabinets by hand in Center Conway. Today, you can compare cabinet doors and countertop samples alongside hardware and fixture options in our showroom instead of choosing from pictures alone.

The People Behind the Showroom

Carrie Birkbeck, our VP, lead designer, and an NKBA member, works with you on layout and cabinetry, with Andrew Concannon available when your project would benefit from another perspective on the design or budget.

The Same Team from Start to Finish

Toby and Jeff, our installers, carry the cabinetry plan from the showroom into your kitchen or bath and finish with a walk-through of your completed installation. The people you meet here remain part of the project as it moves forward.

Compare Quality Cabinets Up Close

Our showroom gives you physical cabinet samples to compare across different price points and levels of customization. Open the doors and drawers, look at the construction up close, and compare finishes beside the other materials you are considering.

Pull a drawer open and close a few times to see whether it glides or catches, and check whether a door hangs square. Our designers walk you through the options with your room and budget in mind and can explain the expected lead time for the cabinets you choose.

Kitchen & Bath Cabinets

Our widest selection of door styles and finishes, built for kitchens and bathrooms alike. Door styles include classic profiles alongside more contemporary finish and hardware options.

Builder Grade & Medium Cabinets

A more affordable option that still fits the room and the budget.

Custom & Semi-Custom Cabinets

Semi-custom cabinets adjust standard sizes and finishes to fit your space, while we build fully custom cabinets from scratch around one specific room.

Bath Cabinets & Vanities

Vanity and storage options for full bathrooms and powder rooms.

Applicable manufacturer warranties remain with the products you choose for your project.

How a Showroom Visit Works

You can walk in during open hours, or call us at 603-356-5766 or email ccetc@countrycabinetsetc.com to arrange time with a designer before you visit. We bring cabinet doors, finishes, countertop samples, and fixture options together so you can compare how they work beside one another in the showroom. Before you leave, we can talk through the next step for your project based on how far along your plans are.

1. Visit the showroom

2. Explore your options

3.   Plan your next step

Get the Most Out of Your Showroom Visit

You do not need to arrive with a finished plan, but a few details can help you use your showroom time more effectively.

Before You Arrive

You are welcome to stop in even if you are still figuring out what you want. If you already have measurements, photos, or inspiration saved, bring them along and we can use them to start the conversation.

Room measurements

Rough dimensions can give your designer a useful starting point. We will confirm exact measurements later.

Photos of your current room

Show us what you are working with now and anything you would particularly like to change.

Inspiration photos

Bring magazine pages or saved images that show the styles and finishes you like.

Your priorities

A short list of what matters most can help focus the conversation.

You can still visit without any of these. They simply give us more context when you have them available.

Ask Questions

You do not need to know every decision before you visit. A few useful questions can help you understand your options:

Which cabinet options fit my budget and room dimensions?
What can I compare in the showroom before I decide?
How much customization is available with the cabinets I'm considering?
What lead time should I expect once my selections are finalized?
What happens after I choose my materials?

Set Your Priorities and Budget

Think about what your project needs most and which upgrades would simply be nice to have. That gives your designer a better starting point when comparing materials against your budget.

You also do not have to finalize every selection during your first visit. You can revisit finishes or fixtures before the final order is placed.

What to Test While You're There

Here is a closer look at what to test when you visit:

Cabinet doors and drawers

Open and close them to see how the hardware feels and how the construction compares.

Knobs and pulls

Hold different options in your hand to see which feel comfortable to use.

Countertop samples

Compare them beside your cabinet finish and look at the surface under different light in the showroom.

Finish samples

Put likely choices next to one another so you can see how the colors work together.

Find Inspiration for Your Own Project

Look through completed kitchen and bathroom projects for ideas, then use the showroom samples to explore similar colors, finishes, and cabinet styles for your own room. Our designers can help you connect what catches your eye in a finished project with the options available for yours.

A showroom visit helps us understand the products and finishes you are considering before pricing is finalized. Seeing the options in person can also make it easier to narrow down your selections and define the project more accurately.

Ask one of our designers about it. The showroom contains samples you can compare in person, but the options on display may not represent every product available for your project. We can tell you what additional choices can be explored from the manufacturers we work with.
